Beth Morris Workshops - the place where ideas and creativity grow into artistic realities.
A reputable community art school run by Beth, an ideas person whose motivation and enthusiasm will inspire you to embrace art and craft. All workshops are taught by an experienced team of artist tutors, ensuring wellbeing, socialisation and inclusivity is at the heart of our community. The workshops are aimed at complete beginners and artists that want to improve their skills. The relaxed teaching style will give you the confidence to try many artistic mediums and unlock creativity you didn’t know you had!
Christmas 2026 Workshops:
Before Christmas takes over, book a little time just for you! Step away from the endless lists, slow down and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating something by hand. Our festive workshops are filled with creativity, conversation and wonderful company. Paint delicate mistletoe, eucalyptus and luxurious velvet bows in botanical watercolours. Create beautiful dried flower wreaths, handmade clay decorations or wonderfully witty, political and conversation-starting festive tea towels! Make something to treasure, something to give or simply enjoy a little time for yourself. Designed for adults, our workshops are also fantastic for GCSE and A-level art students looking to develop their skills.

Beth Morris
Beth Morris Workshops is clearly named after myself, Beth Morris, the founder of a little community art school based at Insole Court in Cardiff. I am an educator, creator and motivator in all things art and craft.

A Cardiffian and lover of Insole Court, Scott lives in the Vale of Glamorgan. He trained in Fine Art & Visual Culture in UWE - Bower Ashton, graduating in 1997.

Amanda Turner
Amanda is an oil painter based in Cardiff, but she’s also an exhibiting artist, Mum, and teacher. Amanda packs a lot into her day, and that’s why she fits in perfectly as out newest valued tutor at Beth Morris Workshops.

Join The Big Pink Fizz Craft Social at Beth Morris Workshops on Saturday 24 October, 4-6pm for creativity, conversation and a little pink fizz. Bring your own craft project and enjoy a place at our shared table, creative advice from Beth, a pink crafting goodie bag, sparkling drinks, pink treats and extra art materials to use in the studio.
All ticket fees, raffle proceeds and additional donations go to Tenovus Cancer Care’s Pink Pledge, supporting people affected by breast cancer. Come with a friend or on your own book your place at the table.
