Terms and Conditions

To book a workshop:
Please book your workshop using the online booking system on our workshop page. You can also confirm your interest for a workshop via email info@bethmorrisworkshops.co.uk but only payment guarantees a place on a workshop.

Booking Terms for Guest Workshops and Holiday Workshops:
If you decide to cancel a workshop the payment is non refundable. If I can fill your place with somebody on the waiting list, we can negotiate a refund minus a £15 administrative fee.

In the event I have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or if I am unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the workshops I will let you know as soon as possible. I will happily refund the full booking fee or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, I cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel costs.

If a tutor is unwell and unable to teach:

A refund will be issued for any cancelled workshops due to tutor health if a new agreed date cannot be arranged.

Booking Terms for Termly/Weekly Workshops:
If you decide to cancel a workshop course your payment is non refundable. If I can fill your place with somebody on the waiting list, we can negotiate a refund, less a £15 administrative fee. However, this is only if I can fill your place. On cancellation you will be entitled to transfer to another course of workshops at a future date if there is a place available. I cannot offer refunds for missed workshops due to holidays or illness. Please chat to me if you have an ongoing illness and we can sort something out.

If myself, or a tutor are ill or need to cancel a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances I will let you know as soon as possible. I will re-arrange the missed workshop or offer you an immediate refund, or a reduced rate on the following terms booking.

Please see our Covid Guidelines for further terms and conditions in the event of a pandemic.

A few more things:
We politely ask that you do not use the work created during workshops for commercial use. These workshops are intended to enhance your skills and are for personal use and satisfaction. For example, if you attend a weekend workshop with a guest tutor, please remember they are sharing their skills with you. But they are their skills/talent as commercial artists. Copying their business ideas or unique skills to do something similar is not respectful.
