Beth Morris Workshops - the place where ideas and creativity grow into artistic realities.
A reputable community art school run by Beth, an ideas person whose motivation and enthusiasm will inspire you to embrace art and craft. All workshops are taught by an experienced team of artist tutors, ensuring wellbeing, socialisation and inclusivity is at the heart of our community. The workshops are aimed at complete beginners and artists that want to improve their skills. The relaxed teaching style will give you the confidence to try many artistic mediums and unlock creativity you didn’t know you had!
Specialist Guest Artist Workshops:
We welcome inspirational and reputable tutors/artists from around the UK to deliver bespoke workshops in Cardiff throughout 2026.
These high quality workshops are aimed at adults but are also suitable for younger people, especially school students studying for exams. The workshops take place at weekends or during school holidays. We believe our selection of guest artists/makers and tutor workshops are the best in Wales. The ticket price is more affordable than similar workshops in other parts of the UK…and also includes all materials.
Our guest workshops bring together incredible specialist artists and makers to guide you in learning new skills and creating something truly special. Whether it’s jewellery-making, painting, or embroidery, a creative workshop makes an incredible gift offering more than an experience—it’s the joy of creativity, connection, and a lasting memory.

Beth Morris
Beth Morris Workshops is clearly named after myself, Beth Morris, the founder of a little community art school based at Insole Court in Cardiff. I am an educator, creator and motivator in all things art and craft.

Scott Euden
A Cardiffian and lover of Insole Court, Scott lives in the Vale of Glamorgan. He trained in Fine Art & Visual Culture in UWE - Bower Ashton, graduating in 1997.

Amanda Turner
Amanda is an oil painter based in Cardiff, but she’s also an exhibiting artist, Mum, and teacher. Amanda packs a lot into her day, and that’s why she fits in perfectly as out newest valued tutor at Beth Morris Workshops.

Sally Durham
Sally is an experienced art educator and former Head of Art at a secondary school in Barry. She has a BA(Hons) in Textile Design from the University of Leeds and PGCE in Art and Design from Manchester.

Emma has been a community, visual artist for 15 years. She has run art workshops with a variety of groups for both children and adults across South Wales
